Mindington aims to train your mindfulness thinking habits.

The idea is that you meditate (you may close your eyes if you like) for a certain time and focus on your inside and outside present moments.

During this time you will have thoughts which belong to the past or the future too. This is perfectly normal and the idea is that you make yourself aware so such thoughts and simply categorize them in future and past thoughts without being judgemental about them.

You do so by swiping (anywhere on the screen) to left (for past thoughts) and right (for future thoughts). Your will get an haptic feedback for each swipe so you don’t have to look at the screen and may close your eyes.

When the countdown ends you get a final haptic feedback and you’ll see a picture of all your future (blue) and past (light blue) thoughts as clouds which occurred during your session. Remember to accept this picture and don’t be judgmental about it.
